Easiest way to get steam wallet funds to paypal or bank account?

I get that steam doesn't want you to get these funds out of your account but obviously there are ways of doing it. I have my steam wallet maxed at $500 and I'm wondering what is the most efficient way to transfer these funds while losing the least amount of money possible? Even if I were to end up with $400 in my paypal/bank account I would be happy. Thanks.

buy games as steam gifts, go to the steam trading sites and sell them for better price. best time to do it is right after the sale so you buy it cheaper and sell it 10% off the normal price. but there are restrictions like 30 days trade ban or region locks

Easiest and least costly way would be to ask your friends to buy any steam game they might want through you.

Buy keys and sell them on places like opskins (csgo only) tf2outpost and dispenser.tf, you can sell these for USD or BTC.
Buy Steam games and sell for paypal/BTC on game trading subreddits
you could send someone the steam wallet in exchange for BTC/paypal

keep in mind a paypal payment can be charged back, but BTC cannot. But BTC does fluctuate in price so you may lose or even gain money.

Yea, I did some research and it seems OPskins is the best place to go for me. I'm well aware of how the csgo market works and to me its worth a percentage deducted to use a big namebrand site that enures reliability. I'll just buy a $400 knife skin and sell that through op skins. Thanks

Ik This Talk Was 5 Years Ago. But How Do I Get My Money Back, I refunded my games to my Credit card But never got my money back. I didnt even play the game for 10 minutes. And I refunded they game literally 8 minutes after I bought the game. Pls give me a way to get my money back I would really appreciate it I'm saving for something and I just need my money back!.

how long since you have refunded? i have spent like 30 minutes on a game refunded it and it took 2 weeks to refund thats the most time you can wait until filing a report to steam.
